The Academy was represented at the forum by Darya Mordvinkina, Milana Veremeenko, Kirill Kozlov, Anna Eremenkova, and Daniil Komkov.

The program was packed with events and covered five relevant areas, allowing everyone to find a track that appealed to them:

• "Smola. Creative" – for figures in culture and the creative industries;

• "Smola. Service" – for municipal employees and leaders of volunteer movements;

• "Smola. Good Deeds" – for volunteers and initiators of social projects;

• "Smola. Professionals" – for young engineers, college students, and skilled workers;

• "Smola. Business" – for aspiring entrepreneurs and young professionals.

Participating in an event like this is not just a new experience; it is a unique opportunity to work with experts, develop your leadership skills, connect with like-minded people, and propose your own ideas for the region's development.
