Competition participants had to complete a series of interactive tests developed by VTB Bank experts and covering relevant topics, from personal data protection and recognizing financial fraud to building a personal safety net and responsible investing.

Arina Gurina, a first-year student at the Faculty of Economics and Finance, scored the highest number of points in the competition. At the Academic Council meeting, bank representatives Yulia Dolmatova and Alexandra Volkova presented the winner with a valuable gift – a mini-column "Alice."

Acting Rector Sergey Kharitonov and the Academy's project curator, Associate Professor Galina Chulkova, were awarded letters of gratitude for their active participation and development of the joint financial literacy project.

The Academic Council also congratulated students Ekaterina Borisova and Elina Petrova, who, under the guidance of Grigory Potekhin, Associate Professor of the Department of Agronomy, Horticulture, Breeding, Seed Production, and Land Management, developed and successfully patented a "Tea Drink from Plant Materials."

These results highlight the Academy's effective work in developing not only highly qualified specialists but also financially literate, creative students capable of making a real contribution to the development of the region and the country.
