This year, representatives of the following agricultural organizations participated in the event: JSC “Ostankino Meat Processing Plant”, JSC “Khlebopek”, JSC “Khlebprom”, LLC “Promkonservy”, CJSC “Gagarinkonservmoloko”, LLC “Baltic Coast Trading House”, and LLC “Royal Cake”. Company representatives briefed the students on working conditions and career prospects and demonstrated presentation videos.

An important part of the program was a recruitment campaign for contract service in innovative, high-tech units. Petr Ilyukhin, Deputy Chairman of the Smolensk Region Government, spoke to students about the opportunity to become a drone operator. This field is one of the most promising today: drone control skills are essential both in the military and in high-tech agriculture.

In addition, everyone was able to attend a master class hosted by JSC “Ostankino Meat Processing Plant”, where the students learned about how to write a resume.

The event provided an open platform for young people to connect with agricultural industry leaders. Students were able to personally ask questions to potential employers, sample products, and thanks to the large number of participating companies, each graduate found a promising career path.

Such meetings confirm the high demand for Academy graduates and facilitate their informed entry into the labor market.
