Acting Rector of Smolensk State Agricultural Academy Yulia Evstafieva and Director of Secondary School No. 1 of Smolensk Liliya Miroshkina signed a cooperation agreement aimed at in-depth study of natural sciences and technical disciplines among schoolchildren and training highly qualified personnel for the agro-industrial complex of Smolensk Region.
