The event provided students with the opportunity to interact directly with potential employers, learn about current job openings and internships in the agricultural industry, and learn about career opportunities in the agricultural sector. The Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Smolensk Region - Head of the Department of Food Industry and Processing Elena Romanenko and the Chairman of the Smolensk Regional Branch of the Russian Union of Rural Youth Oleg Vasenkov made welcoming speeches. They wished employers to find valuable employees, and students to consider employers' offers and make the right choice for their future careers.

The participants included representatives of various agricultural sectors – from crop production and livestock farming to processing plants. During the event, students actively interacted with employers, asked questions and exchanged contacts to conclude targeted contracts or submit resumes for employment purposes.
